Click the “Create Label Layout” button from the Print Creator homepage.
You
can give your layout a name and choose the PDF output size and orientation. You can also change the label size and
margins. If you plan on printing your labels on a white background, you do not need to upload a background PDF. Then click
“Save”.
Arrange your layout. The functions of Label Layout are the same as the normal Print Creator
layout. The layout you create here will be printed on all of the labels designated on the previous page.
Click “Save” and then
“Preview” to preview how your labels will look before printing.
When using batch PDF output
from the record overview page in the Kintone app, the records displayed on the page will be changed to the label format and exported. You will receive an email with
the files.
